We launched a Reddit megathread inviting people to share their boldest, weirdest, or most nostalgic Philly combos. The comments exploded — thousands of hacks, confessions, and recipes rolled in.

To keep the momentum going, we expanded the format to TikTok, where “You Comment, We Make It.” Every time someone suggested a pairing, we made it for real and replied with custom content. From classics to chaotic appetizer hacks, Philly reestablished itself as a brand built on creativity, community, and craveable chaos.
